Chapter 1
The Knight
Seeing a knight in the port city of Orvandor was a rare sight.
Thusly, it was a surprise to Jaleed to see one, standing silently and at attention, late afternoon sun glinting off his polished armor. He was facing towards the street itself, unmoving, unflinching, despite the people who were walking on either side of him. His face remained hidden behind a large steel helm, visor down. Pinned to the epaulets of his armor, a muted red cloak flowed down his back, coming to rest just above steel-clad feet, the shape of his scabbard outlined by the cloth. Yet despite the odd sight of someone in full plate regalia

Well, getting more done on my writing project. Currently working on Chapter 2, the first being posted I've decided on a working title: 'Of Demons and Dreams'. It makes sense, all things considered, but we'll see if my drunkmonkey mind can come up with something better.
YAR HAR!
So I've finally started in on my NaNoWriMo stuffies. Three days late, but I've contracted a case of Keyboard Diarrhea; once I start typing I just can't stop. It's times like these I'm glad my job isn't too taxing; after all, at the moment, I'm writing this while waiting for someone to call in for technical support.
I'll be posting fragments of my writings into this jounral for reviews and to show people what I'm working on; I can only hope it doesn't suck!
